How do I book a session ?
Choose your desired package and fill out the form. After the payment was made, your session date it’s secured.
What kind of photoshoots can I book?
We offer everything from fun family photo sessions, to romantic couple photoshoots, and everything in between! We also offer Surprise Proposal Packages because having photos that capture the special moment is priceless.We “secretly” follow you as you propose to the love of your life and after we will do an engagement shoot. (You can also order extras such as flowers, champagne, or even a musician!)
How long in advance should I book my shoot?
You can book a session at least 3 days in advance.We do our best to accommodate last minute requests but cannot guarantee availability. Please send us an email to check last minute (next 3 days) spots available. The ideal time is 2 weeks in advance.
What will happen if I have to cancel my booking for any reason?
We will do our best to find an alternative time/data for your photo shoot. If you cancel up to 45 days before, you are entitled to a full refund minus the transaction costs. Up to 30 days, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus the transaction costs. Less than 30 days up to 7 days – 25%.  Less than 7 days – no refund.
What happens if it rains?
Unless there is torrential rain and it is impossible to shoot the session will go ahead: it will be more realistic and fun this way! If the torrential downpour makes a shooting session impossible we will postpone it to the next day if possible, however we will be in contact to smooth out the details.
What kind of pictures can I expect to get?
Before the photoshoot, you can talk to your photographer and talk about your vision or the style of photos you would like to get.
How and when will I receive my photos?

The photos will be delivered within 7 working days of the date of the shoot. You will receive a link to a private gallery, where you can select and download the pictures included in your package. You can buy extra pictures (10$/picture) or the entire gallery (discounted price). The total price/gallery is calculated only for the pictures that are not included in your package.

Will I be able to share my photos?
Yes, you can print and share them freely (for personal use). We also may share some of your pictures on our online platforms (website/facebook/instagram/etc) If you don’t want us to use your pictures for promotional purposes you have to specify at the time of booking (a fee will be applied for a non disclosure agreement )
Up to how many people can book a session for a shoot together?
The prices are designed for groups up to 5 people. For groups with more than 5 people, a 26 euro/person fee will be applied. For babies and toddlers under 3 years, there is no extra fee.
What is a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) ?
If you want us not to share, print or use any of your pictures on our online platforms (websites/facebook/Instagram/etc.) or for promotional print purposes, you can ask for an NDA, which will guarantee you this right.

 

The extra fee for the NDA is 208 euro
