2. Can I change locations during the session? Yes! Depending on the session length you choose, we can visit multiple locations to create a dynamic and diverse photo gallery.
3. Do you help with planning the surprise? Absolutely! I provide expert advice on timing, locations, and even tips on how to keep it a surprise while ensuring the best lighting and atmosphere.
4. How soon will I receive my photos? You will receive your professionally edited, high-resolution images within 48 hours, via a private online gallery.
5. Can I add a video to my package? Yes! A proposal video add-on is available to capture your moment in a beautiful cinematic format.
6. Do I need a special license if I want to use the images for commercial purposes?
Yes — the standard package includes a personal-use license, so you’re welcome to share your proposal story on personal blogs or social media (with credit and a link back to our site). If you plan to use the images for brand promotion or as an influencer, a separate commercial license is required — just contact us for details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Notify us in writing as early as possible. Refunds are tiered by notice — full refund (minus a €50 processing fee) for cancellations 45+ days before your session, 50% (minus €50) at 30 days, and 25% (minus €50) between 7–30 days. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 45 business days.
Rescheduling: Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find a new date. If that’s not possible, a 75% refund applies instead, processed within 30 business days.
Late arrivals & no-shows: Your session runs from its original start time — arriving late shortens your session, as we’re often booked back-to-back. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without contacting your photographer is treated as a no-show, and payment is non-refundable.
