You can book a session at least 3 days in advance.We do our best to accommodate last minute requests but cannot guarantee availability. Please send us an email to check last minute (next 3 days) spots available. The ideal time is 2 weeks in advance.

We will do our best to find an alternative time/data for your photo shoot.

If you cancel up to 45 days before, you are entitled to a full refund minus the transaction costs. Up to 30 days, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus the transaction costs. Less than 30 days up to 7 days – 25%. Less than 7 days – no refund.

Unless there is torrential rain and it is impossible to shoot the session will go ahead: it will be more realistic and fun this way! If the torrential downpour makes a shooting session impossible we will postpone it to the next day if possible, however we will be in contact to smooth out the details.

Before the photoshoot, you can talk to your photographer and talk about your vision or the style of photos you would like to get.

We know you want to share your moment with your family and friend right away. That’s why we deliver 2-4 images in a couple of hours after you proposed.

The entire gallery will be delivered within 7 working days of the date of the shoot. You will receive a link to a private gallery, where you can select and download the pictures included in your package. You can buy extra pictures (8$/picture) or the entire gallery (at a discounted price). The total price/gallery is calculated only for the pictures that are not included in your package.

Yes, you can print and share them freely (for personal use). We also may share some of your pictures on our online platforms (website/facebook/instagram/etc). If you don’t want us to use your pictures for promotional purposes you have to specify at the time of booking (a fee will be applied for a non-disclosure agreement )

If you want us not to share, print or use any of your pictures on our online platforms (websites/facebook/instagram/etc.) or for promotional print purposes you can ask for an NDA, which will guarantee you this right.

The extra fee for the NDA is 208 euro
