All images provided are for personal use only. If you plan to use the photos for commercial purposes, brand promotion, or as an influencer, a specific license must be acquired. Please contact us for more details on commercial licensing options.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Notify us in writing as early as possible. Refunds are tiered by notice — full refund (minus a €50 processing fee) for cancellations 45+ days before your session, 50% (minus €50) at 30 days, and 25% (minus €50) between 7–30 days. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 45 business days.
Rescheduling: Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find a new date. If that’s not possible, a 75% refund applies instead, processed within 30 business days.
Late arrivals & no-shows: Your session runs from its original start time — arriving late shortens your session, as we’re often booked back-to-back. Arriving more than 30 minutes late without contacting your photographer is treated as a no-show, and payment is non-refundable.

2. How long should my session be?
It depends on how many locations and photos you want. A 30-minute session is great for quick portraits, while a 1-hour session allows for more variety. If you’d like multiple locations, we recommend 2+ hours.
3. Does the session time include travel between locations?
Yes, session duration includes travel time between selected locations.
4. How soon will I receive my photos?
Your professionally edited, high-resolution photos will be delivered within 48 hours via a private online gallery.
5. Can I purchase prints or albums?
Yes! Prints, frames, and albums can be purchased separately to preserve your memories in the best quality.
6. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We’ll always try to find you a new date first. If you need to cancel outright, refunds are tiered by how much notice you give — see our Cancellation Policy tab for the full breakdown.
7. Can I use the photos for commercial purposes?
All images are for personal use only. If you plan to use them for brand promotion or as an influencer, a commercial license must be acquired. Contact us for details.
8. What should I wear for the photoshoot?
Wear something comfortable and stylish that complements Florence’s beautiful scenery. Avoid busy patterns and opt for classic, timeless outfits.
9. Do you provide guidance on posing?
Absolutely! Whether you’re a natural in front of the camera or need some direction, I’ll help you pose naturally to capture the best shots.
10. Can I bring pets or props?
